"Methods of Teaching"

There are many kinds of teaching methods can be used in making the learners learn significantly. These methods of teaching will serves as a principle used for instruction. Choosing a kind of method depends on the information to be taught to the students. Example of this is the inductive and deductive method. When we say inductive it is the process of learning which from the specific to the general, from the simple to the complex. Like for example the student investigating a particular problem then before comes into the conclusion. While the deductive method is from the general to specific, like for example the students undergo first the conclusion before scrutinizing or knowing its specific.

In line with this method is the demonstration method. It is one of the method that can make the learners learn easily and understand clearly because it is audiovisual kind of learning that can directly seen by the learners most especially if it is followed with an images.  

"Different types of Lessons"

It is very important to know the different types of lessons in order for us to vary our teaching strategies. The development lesson, review lesson, drill lesson, appreciation lesson and application lesson are the lessons we must implore in our teaching because in this way we can make the learners learn in a proper and suitable technique.

"Taxonomy of Educational Objectives"

It is clearly stated in this topic the 3 major domains; the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain. I explicitly understand on how the 3 domains used in making a lesson plan, syllabus, also in the unit plan. It is not simply on how to use this properly, but also allowing me to understand and explore the different key words to be used in order to identify the goal of the objectives that I have made.

"Lesson Plan and Creativity Lesson Plan"

In teaching, making a lesson plan is very important, because it serves as a guide during teaching. For me, as I have understand in making a lesson plan, I may not only know what are the necessary format to be used but also, I am little-by-little motivated to know bitterly the class I have specially the students. I am also molding myself by being a genuine to my work.

I have learned that in making a Lesson Plan, it must be creative in order to make my students attentions lend on me or in the subject I discussed. Not just only getting their attention but also creating on how they would value my subject through their own will.

"Unit Plan"

It is important to the teachers to have a Unit Plan in order to organize their various aspects in developing teaching plans and educational activity. In Unit Plan there must be a component in making it a whole and complete. The objectives, the content, skills, learning activities, resources and materials are precisely present and used.

"INSTRUCTIONAL PLANNING"

            How important Planning to the teacher? Is it very useful for the teacher to have an instructional planning?

            

             It is very important and useful to the teacher in having an instructional planning because it helps them guiding to their teaching process and strategy. The teacher must a have this in order to visualize and forecast into the what, why and how the teaching learning process goes. If the teacher doesn’t have any planning in its teaching process, he/she will have no direction in teaching its teaching serves as no purpose. Their students cannot learn because the information which the teacher gives to them has no impact in their minds.

SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY

           Our environment has a great impact in our learning. Social learning is where we acquire the learning through our family, friends, neighbors, the people surrounds us. Through the kind of upbringing of our family, by choosing our friends and what kind of environment we came from, they can identify who and what kind of person we are.

            We learn through what we observe in our environment. It only depends on how and what we’ve learn. There are leanings that we encounter that have a great mean for us, especially when it affects our emotional development and brought a big value or else which means a lot for us that can never be easily forgotten. There are also learnings that are called short-term learnings because we are tending to forget it after a day or a week maybe because it has no big impact to us.
